Managers, Coaches, and Field Maintenance
We're always looking for interested baseball personnel that understand the game and are capable of working with these age groups. Must obtain all required volunteer clearances.
Volunteer Clearances
The following clearances are required to participate as a Manager, Coach, or Volunteer with State College Teener League:
PA Child Abuse Clearance, https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
PA State Police clearance, https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp
FBI fingerprint clearance (Act 153 clearance), https://www.pa.cogentid.com/index.htm
You can skip the last one, the Act 153 FBI clearance if you have lived in PA for 10 straight years and are able to complete and submit the Act 153 Waiver form: http://www.keepkidssafe.pa.gov/cs/groups/webcontent/documents/document/c_160267.pdf
SUBMIT to SCTL: Clearance Certificates should be submitted in electronic form (pdf) to the State College Teener League Board at admin@statecollegeteener.com
